Terms and Conditions
1) Mission
We will use your donation at our discretion to fulfill our stated charitable mission. While every effort will be made to apply your gift according to an indicated preference, if any, the Academy has complete discretion and control over the use of the donated funds.
2) Online Donation Services
Payments through the website use services such as PayPal, credit card processing, Venmo, and a crypto donation solution. You authorize our payment processing services to request funds from your credit, debit, PayPal card provider, Venmo, crypto or securities entity by confirming that you wish to proceed with your donation.
3) Unauthorized Card Use
You must notify your card provider if you become aware of fraudulent use of your card, or if it is lost or stolen.
4) Information Needed
You must provide us with the following before we can process your donation: a) your name, b) mailing and email addresses, and c) details of the debit card, credit card, or other entity that you wish to use to fund the donation. We will use this information to process your donation. It is your responsibility to provide us with the correct information.
Payment details that you submit will be transferred to our payment processing providers and your payment data will be collected and processed securely by them. Payment processing providers might process personal data differently than our charitable organization.
5) Refund Policy
Please contact us either by email at info@saintalexander.org, or by phone at (603) 825-5275 within 14 days if you make an error in your donation submission.
6) Monthly Donations
You will be scheduling and authorizing a series of donations to be made on the day of the month that you choose until further notice when you set up a monthly donation. You agree that these Terms and Conditions will apply to each of the donations in that series. You authorize our payment processing providers to request funds from your credit card, debit card, PayPal account or other specified provider on the day of each month that you set by confirming that you wish to proceed with a monthly donation. 7) General
We reserve the right to amend these donation payment Terms and Conditions at any time.
